OUR Protocols
Bruce’s Barbershop is committed to providing quality haircuts and following industry-wide safety & cleanliness guidelines. We have updated our safety guidelines and ask our guests to follow them at all times while in the shop.
By Appointments Only
In order to maintain proper social distancing, we will only honor appointments made in advance through our online booking site. Appointments are spaced out to allow for proper sanitization and cleaning between guests.
Face Masks
Following guidance from Alameda County, face masks are now optional. If you prefer your barber to be masked during your service, please leave a comment when booking your appointment or let your barber know when you arrive.
Feeling Sick? Please stay home.
If you are feeling sick or are showing any symptoms of COVID 19, please stay home. If you have been exposed to anyone who has recently been sick or have anyone in your home who has a compromised immune system, please do not come. We are happy to reschedule any appointments due to illness.
Payment
We now accept cash, card, Venmo, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. Cash is preferred but we understand it is not as common as it used to be.
About Bruce
Who is Bruce?
Uncle Bruce was like no other. He never ran out of stories from his heyday and would have you wishing you were there. His quick wit and sarcastic mouth could get you laughing so hard you’d leave with a stomach ache. He rode a Harley Davidson, smoked Marlboros and pretty much anything else that sounded intriguing.
A Shop To Honor Bruce
To honor his legacy, we opened a barbershop that provides not just a full-range of high quality hair services but the atmosphere Bruce created around him- a welcoming place where you leave feeling like your best self.
